New office building about to be occupied
For the third time in ten years, Ellen Wille shows that hard work pays off!
The economical- and personnell growth during the last years motivated Europe's "Wig-Pioneer" Ellen Wille to increase capacities at her company's head office in Schwalbach, Germany. Due to the strong national and international market development, all departments are continuously being reinforced which made the pink building as it was bursting at the seams.
In January 2011 Ellen Wille acquired the three stories high office building on "Lauenburger Street #3" - right next door to her hitherto premises. Upon the completion of a little renovation work, the international Customer Service Team, which meanwhile consists of 13 agents who support our clients in 12 different languages will move into their new, spacious office. The second unit to move into the new building is the shipping and logistics department, having their area of work increased by almost 700m² in order to fully comply with our Customers' business requirements.
In addition to the mentioned operational improvements, Ellen Wille also creates more room for her valued customers. "L3" provides two spacious multi-purpose rooms for product-presentations, meetings and training purposes as well as an in-house photographic studio, in which high-quality product shots, allowing for the perfect staging of our wigs, will be produced.
