Observe the following care instructions for either synthetic or real wigs to ensure your wigs retain their glossiness and form for a long time:

Care instructions for human hair

  • Carefully brush out knots and styling products (such as hairspray) before washing.
  • Dip the wig into a bowl containing one litre of lukewarm water and a capful of of human-hair shampoo. The shampoo solution has a self-cleaning effect. Don't rub or wring!
  • Rinse out the shampoo with clear water after about 10 minutes.
  • Dip the wig into water this time containing human-hair balsam.
  • Gently wrap the wig in a towel (without pressure!) in order to dry it.
  • Now you can dry and style the hair with the drier set to lukewarm. The temperature should not be set too high to avoid matting the hair.
  • Finally you can style the hair using human-hair styling products.

Care instructions for synthetic and futura hair

  • Dip the wig into a bowl containing 1 litre of lukewarm water and a capful of hair power shampoo. The shampoo has a self-cleaning effect. Do not rub or wring!
  • Rinse out the shampoo with clear water after 10 minutes.
  • Dip again into water this time containing a hair power balsam and leave to take effect.
  • Never brush out the hair when damp, but leave to dry quickly on a special wig stand.
  • Avoid heat at all cost (hot water, hair driers, heater rods, opening an oven...)!
  • Avoid friction (frequent brushing, coat collars, pillows)!
  • We recommend treatment with an additional care product avoid matting and drying out the special fibres.

Care instructions for extensions & hair pieces

  • Comb your extensions or hairpieces carefully. Put a few drops of power-shampoo in your hand, dispense on wet hair, leave a few minutes and rinse with luke-warm water.
  • Put a few drops of Power balm in your hand, dispense on wet hair, leave a few minutes (1-3 min) and rinse.
  • Shake the 2-phase conditioner well prior to use. Spray sparingly and evenly onto the dry or towel-damp hair. Do not rinse! Style your hair as usual.
  • Put a few drops of the Power Hair-Tip-Liquid on hand and rub well into the hair tips. Do not rinse!

  • The deep-care shampoo is for the pre-treatment before fixing the extensions and after removal of the extensions.
  • To remove the extensions use the remover on the adhesive surface, leave a few minutes and separate extensions.
